For some reason, the quiz doesn't accept Barnyard. This should be fixed.

What does it say about my level of intelligence that literally every single answer I got came from a single episode of The Simpsons?

John, there's nothing wrong with that! I know the episode you're referring to, and in addition there are several individual references to some of these schools in other episodes. "There go my young girl dreams of Vassar."

For the record, I voted up Pat Lisner's comment because I couldn't bear to see that he had a lower score than supernitro.

Must admit I was delighted to see that my own alma mater (which will never go co-ed, thank goodness) had better name recognition than Wellesley or Holyoke, which was down the road.

radcliffe women and barnard women get two degrees at graduation: radcliffe from harvard; barnard from columbia. makes them doubly good.

Thank you for posting this quiz! Mount Holyoke to wed, Smith to bed! (just kidding)!

Mount Holyoke here! :) And RyanUR, I don't think Vassar is more well-known than Smith or Wellesley in terms of name recognition.

I've made a related quiz at http://www.sporcle.com/games/Esme/american_womens_colleges where you have to list *every* American women's college. Good luck! ;)
