@Davedufc: That was my initial reaction, but then I realised there's actually quite a bit of time pressure, so the effect is:if you don't know the answer, you can still proceed, but with a significant time penalty.
@jnhickson: sort of agreed... I don't mind having US-centric quizzes around (or Euro-centric or anything else), but I wish there were a tag or something for it... it'd let you choose in advance to take/avoid such quizzes, and also force quiz authors to be aware of their own focuses/biases.

I think you should point out whether Luxembourg is country or city. It doesn't change the answer, but avoids some confusion.
