	Sources, please? Page numbers and editions of LotR where Naurandir and Sulrandir are named, references to "magical abilities" for a number of these characters? And how is "ringwraith" a "named character"?

	Possessing "magical abilities" does not make someone a wizard. And why do you list Gandalf twice? It's the same character.

	just because a character posseses magical ability, that does not make them a wizard. Wizard is a term that is an informal discription of the istrari

	Tom Bombadil? And also: I've never heard of Naurandir or Sulrandir. There are indeed five canon Istari, but besides the correct 3, the other two are Alatar and Pallando both "the Blue". Additionally, there is an argument that could be made to support that Gandalf the Grey and Gandalf the White are separate, but there is also an argument they are the same. If typing in Gandalf gets both answers, then there is no point in having two.

	elendil and isildur both have magical powers of some sort because they cursed the warriors of the dead to never truly pass on until the serve the king naurandir and sulrandir are the elven names for the blue wizards gandalf the grey and white are different because he says himself that he was reborn i listed ringwraith as a named characters because they all have names i just didnt write them all out i will change that typing gandalf gets u both

	Regardless of what their names are in any language, the blue istari were not named in LotR; therefore they have no place on a quiz asking for "Named LOTR characters".

	I agree with the comments above, I was pretty certain the other two Istari are never named. Also you should accept Melkor for Morgoth.

	Also, if Gandalf the Grey and White are separate answers, why not "Saruman of Many Colours"?
