| Great! But why don't you give Florida and Newfoundland when the U.S. and Canada are typed in? That's also the way it's done with other countries (like Malaya and Sarawak for Malaysia). And then, there's of course an endless list of things you didn't include: the Crown Dependencies, Sabah, the Philippines, Tuvalu, San Andres y Providencia (now in Colombia), Suriname, but I think you did a pretty thorough job with including things like the Bay Islands and Savage Island. |
