| This is surprisingly entertaining and gets serious points for novelty. |

| you need to accept liquify also. It is one of those words that can be spelled either way. |
 | scarequotes: | Jun 16th, 2010 at 21:27 GMT | | 2 points |
| @TubeChat: Good catch. Thanks. I'll update. |

| You also forgot cut my finger in half. Just kidding, nice quiz. |
 | jayrodss7: | Jul 7th, 2010 at 16:18 GMT | | 1 point |
| cool quiz, is there a reason that easy clean is both an answer and a bonus answer? |
 | zachisnotfunny: | Jul 7th, 2010 at 17:16 GMT | | 11 points |
| I always like putting dry goods on liquefy. It never works. |
 | scarequotes: | Jul 7th, 2010 at 18:08 GMT | | 3 points |
| @jayrodss7: Hmm. Easy clean doesn't come up as both for me, and the data is entered correctly. Not sure why it was wonky for you.
Thanks for all the feedback -- this one was a fun idea to put together. |

| Sporcle needs more of these goofy off-the-wall type quizzes that are just plain fun. |
 | ZapRowsdower: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 16:46 GMT | | 73 points |
| Be honest. You just invested in Google ads for blenders and made this quiz to increase your ad views, didn't you? |
 | monstro: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 16:47 GMT | | 19 points |
| My blender, a Black & Decker model, has a setting marked "Smoothie." It's the highest setting, and it's a fairly new blender; I guess they were trying to cash in on the smoothie craze of the last few years. |

| 96th percentile, and I didn't even really get what the quiz was about. I love quizzes like this. |

| For the 5% of players who do not realise a blender can blend. The clues in the name !!! |
 | Jenbebe: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 17:19 GMT | | 7 points |
| Professional blenders don't have all these goofy irrelevant settings. On/Off. That's pretty much all you need; the rest is just timing. Fun quiz, though. |
 | sconeyj: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 17:41 GMT | | 3 points |
| Whatever happened to a whisk and some good, old-fashioned elbow grease? You kids don't know how good you've got it. |

| 4% missed blend? really? |
 | HandeltheMessiah: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 18:33 GMT | | 43 points |
| My blender has three settings: Off, high, low. That's all that's necessary. |
 | soshoreman: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 18:36 GMT | | 30 points |
| It's a lighthearted quiz...but if you're gonna include pulse and easy clean, you might as well include On and Off. |
 | smreidy113: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 19:12 GMT | | 64 points |
| Will it blend? That is the question. |
 | cricket0414: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 20:03 GMT | | 7 points |

 | Tirzah: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 20:42 GMT | | 8 points |
| Mine has on, off and pulse. So unsurprisingly didn't do very well on this!! I obviously need to update my blender. |
 | Lexy: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 20:52 GMT | | 11 points |
| I want that blender! |
 | scarequotes: | Jul 9th, 2010 at 20:54 GMT | | 5 points |
| @soshoreman: I decided to be strict and use the setting labels given in Oster's manual. Off/on is a different switch. (In retrospect, those would've made good bonuses.)
@Tirzah: I think the many-labeled multi-button blenders are more old fashioned, actually. I remember our blender having those labels when I was a kid in the '70s. |

| I refuse to use a blender that doesn't have an 'explode' setting. Just in case. |
 | kbmaster: | Jul 10th, 2010 at 01:49 GMT | | 1 point |
| I got 3...really, that's all I need in a blender...pretty much the only know 2 or 3 of the things I didn't get...wow |

Thats why couldnt get that. Maybe accept it as an alt answer |

| I think you should accept liquidize, as I have never heard of the word liquefy in my life (I am English). That is, if it is the same thing. |
