To most of us in the South (and Southwest) Washington sure doesn't SEEM like a Southern city. :/

Man, it just doesn't seem to me like El Paso has a hell of a lot in common with, for example, Atlanta or Raleigh. I realize this isn't your definition, it's just . . . yeah.
