| I like the idea of the quiz, but the system struggles with non-English format surnames. At the moment, it accepts 'Aziz' for the leader of Saudi Arabia, but that's the only the second part of his father's first name: 'bin' = son of, ie he is the son of Abdulaziz Al Saud. It should accept (King) Abdullah for Saudi Arabia, or the family name, which is Al Saud. Similarly, (Sultan) Qaboos for Oman, (Sheikh) Hamad for Qatar, etc. Also there are problems of transliteration - it should accept 'al-Asad' for the surname of the leader of Syria (it's not a double 's' sound); and Ahmadinejad for Iran. Good try, but needs work! |
