| @Nada, Monte isn't on this list because the Warriors as a whole were terrible this year...like every other year (sorry GS fans). Although +/- does attempt to measure an individual's performance on the floor, its numbers are still influenced by the team as a whole. Look at the teams of the players above; not one of them is on a team with a losing record. It is also important to note that +/- is influenced by how many games the player played. For example, players like Brandon Roy (65 games) or Shaq (53 games) could very well be on this list if they were healthier. |
