| Point taken. Just for the record, I took the phrasing for the most part directly from the text of the Bill of Rights which makes the quiz more difficult (but more accurate. For instance, the actual text is accepted("peaceably to assemble") then I added common words such as "assembly," "assemble," and "peaceable assembly" as alternates. For the counsel one, it would accept "lawyer, attorney, counsel, free lawyer, free attorney, and 'lawyer will be provided for you." I did not put the word "subpoena" as acceptable because that word does not appear in the Bill of Rights (nor does "in your favor" :) ) but I input numerous forms of "get/have/obtain a witness/witnesses," etc., which is how the text is phrased in its original form. |
