@ kubsfan .. how bout you read the quiz before running your keyboard .. @ hakeem .. apparently your not a moron and realized it was the leaders for the entire playoffs ... kubs probably thinks that dwight howard plays for the lakers too, or magic played for the celtics ..

@heyguys: first rule of sports quizzes - always type 'Smith' 'Jones' and 'Johnson'. That one has been good to me.

Awesome quiz, but I'm with @jBruin on this one; "Sixers" has to be accepted for "76ers". I thought I was losing my mind when I couldn't guess the '83 NBA champs. Only after I got Moses Malone as being the finals MVP that year did I realize I wasn't crazy.

next123: Orlando played with Alston the first 3 round and with Nelson most of the finals so neither got more assists than Rondo. The Lakers play with no real PG so the assists are split between Bryant, Fisher, Odom and others so there is no one guy with lots of assists. Same goes for other teams...

David Robinson didn't lead in rebounds in 1998, Rodman did. Your source also verifies this.

Great quiz. I can't believe that Magic Johnson was the assist leader for 7 years straight.

As a Pistons fan, I am obligated to hate the Lakers and the Bulls. As a Sporcler, I am obligated to love them: quiz halfway over in ten seconds.

Guess the folks taking this are a fairly self-selective group. I haven't watched the NBA in over a decade, and thought I was doing pretty well to get 115/150. Turns out it's only the 37th percentile.

Although it certainly wouldn't have improved my score, it would have been interesting to have a category for the winning coach, as well.

I'm going to pretend to be a typical Sporcler here: This quiz is awful! You didn't include anything before 1980! Come back when you're smart enough to tie your own shoes! Rant,rant,rant... Seriously, though, this quiz could be improved if you included everything from 1947 to the present, instead of just starting at 1980.

@ jasonr -- sorry this quiz doesn't meet your standards of starting everything from 1947 on .. trying creating a quiz and you'll realize why i only made 30 years it was time consuming enough to do that .. not too mention everything from would be from the celtics with cousy, russell, havlicek, and heinson anyways .. why don't you go create the quiz from 1947 til present (have fun with that)

Nice quiz. I am kicking myself for not putting Steve Nash in the assists category, but I got too caught up with guessing guys on the rosters of the teams that made the Finals. Pretty impressive that some people put up more stats in ~3/4 the number of games.

I got Maxwell and Cheeks, but missed Nash and Rondo. Its a sign of getting old when you can photographically remember stuff that happened 30 years ago but draw a blank on last year's series that you watched every minute of.
