You don't include capitals like Mexico City and Andorra la Vella, which has part of its country name in them, but you include São Tomé, which has part of its country name in it. Interesting.

Yeah, if you're going the route that Mexico/Mexico City or Guinea-Bissau/Bissau don't count, then neither should Sao Tome and Principe/Sao Tome. The city name (Sao Tome) is not the same as the country name (Sao Tome and Principe).

i agree that Sao Tome shouldn't be one of the answers. also there's way too much time - this is surely a 1 or 2 minute quiz
