This quiz reminded me of Homer's safety dance. (You can dance, you can dance, everybody look at your pants!)

Biggest fail of all time; I was wondering why it wasn't taking pop muzik, and then I realized that I had accidentally typed "Poop Muzik."

Nice - it wouldn't let me put "M" in for pop muzik, though.....

@Stevie: My bad! I forgot to allow single letter answers. Fixed.

"I'm Too Sexy" is not an 80s song.

Yeah, I'm Too Sexy was from the 90s, but otherwise, fantastic quiz! This one really took me back.....

And "Pop Muzik" is 1979. I would have liked this better if it wasn't for the overlaps, which made some of them a little hard to hear, and were really jarring.

Love the segue from the song at 5:10 into the song at 5:20. Well done. Very enjoyable quiz.

couple of thoughts 1) gradeck - it was originally. I had it wrote on my pencil case back in '88. It became popular again in the 90s thanks to some movie. 2) I agree with dxman on Whitesnake. There's something off with that version. Even knowing the answer, I still don't recognize it as that song. 3) Could you accept some normal spelling of "Denice"

86/100 for me... pretty good. The songs at 1:00, 3:50, and 5:40 drove me crazy. I had the right idea on 5:40 when I thought it was *Alive* and Kicking by Simple Minds, though.

Best transitions - 2:00-10 Something About You/Walk This Way/Rapture, 4:20 Relax/New Sensation, 4:40 Into the Groove/Let the Music Play, 5:00 I Wanna New Drug/Ghostbusters (Natch!), 6:10 19/Situation, & 7:10 Electric Avenue/Funkytown (sounds like an address)

Fun quiz, but I couldn't put in Cindy Lauper or Girls just wanna have fun. I tried all the spellings I could think of.

Massive props for including "Bizarre Love Triangle", one of New Order's best songs in my opinion.

I have a feeling that transition between the songs at 4:50 and 5:00 was purely intentional. After all, Lewis did file a suit against Parker because he felt the two melodies were similar.
