| This quiz has a Streep learning curve. |

| cool quiz, very nicely made |

| my favourite actress! cool. |
 | LTH: | Sep 27th, 2009 at 22:40 GMT | | 1 point |
| Good idea for a quiz, but I would suggest giving the name of her role instead of the role itself |
 | jiminymatthew: | Oct 8th, 2009 at 23:26 GMT | | 3 points |
| How about Julie and Julia for a bonus? Because you know it's coming... |
 | totebags: | Jan 28th, 2010 at 21:49 GMT | | 2 points |
| Love this! I agree with LTH though about giving the name of the role rather than the description of it. It would make the Streep learning curve even Streeper. |
 | JohnJF: | Jan 29th, 2010 at 04:27 GMT | | 1 point |
| This quiz should be a movie quiz. And @random_cloud: She has two of them. |
 | ballen2824: | Jan 29th, 2010 at 05:59 GMT | | 1 point |
| so you should accept evil angels for a cry in the dark for that is another title the movie is known by. |
 | xoblondeisbestxo: | Feb 7th, 2010 at 03:11 GMT | | 1 point |
| how do u know that she lost for Julie and Julia? |
 | Jamessir: | Mar 6th, 2010 at 11:36 GMT | | 1 point |
| ^^^ exactly ^^^ I have a feeling the 2010 Oscar could go to Streep. Well a 40% feeling... |

| Great quiz, but I think 7 minutes is way too long. |

| Great quiz, but shouldn't 2010 be 2009? I thought these were going by the year made, not the year awarded. |
 | heinzcomrade: | May 10th, 2010 at 18:15 GMT | | 0 points |
| Has anyone else noticed that in the quiz description it says 15 nominations, despite the fact there are 16? |
 | kidcanada: | May 10th, 2010 at 18:46 GMT | | 8 points |
| Maybe the dingo ate your Oscar! |
 | donarvon: | May 10th, 2010 at 18:47 GMT | | 6 points |
| I like the fact that you give some sort of clues about the role - I really hate the movie quizzes that merely involve generating a list of films an actor/ actress has been in. |
 | jennyemelie: | May 10th, 2010 at 18:51 GMT | | 0 points |
| I really feel A Cry in the Dark should have been called The Dingo Ate My Baby... |
 | MovieDynamic: | May 10th, 2010 at 19:00 GMT | | 3 points |
| Er, the last one should read 2009, not 2010. |

| They're like kid actors, tagging along with daddy at the big audition, hoping to be discovered. Except daddy is the best actor around. Daddy is Meryl Streep. |
 | chikka2: | May 11th, 2010 at 04:20 GMT | | 3 points |
| this woman can do everything, musicals, comedy, drama...giant talent still not duly recognized |
 | JohnJF: | May 11th, 2010 at 19:38 GMT | | 2 points |
| The idea that Meryl Streep has been under-recognized is laughable. She has two Oscars and countless nominations and is the default answer for greatest actress of her generation and alongside Hepburn as the default for greatest film actress ever. Underrated? |
 | caligal14: | May 11th, 2010 at 20:15 GMT | | 7 points |
| It's a shame that she has won only 2 of all of these nominations. Like JohnJF said, she's a great actress and definately recognized, but she probably deserves more than the 2 wins. |
 | jorkrim: | May 13th, 2010 at 04:29 GMT | | 4 points |
| Nice quiz, but I think you should accept "Evil Angels" as the answer for "A Cry In the Dark" as this was the title it was released under in Australia. |
 | Mollse: | May 14th, 2010 at 13:34 GMT | | 2 points |
| 13/16 But i agree with above. I missed A cry in the dark, it is known as Evil Angel in my country aswell. Evil Angels is also the offical name of the movie at imdb.com. |

| "Excuse me, Meryl Streep could play Batman and be the right choice. She's perfection." |
 | ilsonowl: | Jun 21st, 2011 at 09:40 GMT | | 0 points |
| ... far better than Hepburn ... |
 | gvilleguy1124: | Jan 24th, 2012 at 19:42 GMT | | 1 point |

 | rockgolf: | Jan 24th, 2012 at 20:02 GMT | | 1 point |
| @gvilleguy1124: Done. |
 | rockgolf: | Feb 27th, 2012 at 03:36 GMT | | 2 points |
| YES! Finally, 30 years after her last win, Meryl gets her third Oscar. It just seemed so wrong that Hilary Swank had more Best Actress Oscars than Meryl. |

| for the french lieutenant's woman, she didn't play the fiancee. she was the biologist's mistress. |
