	Billboard couldn't find a musician from South Dakota, so they picked L Frank Baum, who wrote The Wizard of Oz, which eventually inspired "Over the Rainbow". Too tenuous a link for a music quiz. Anyone can name a better South Dakota act?

	Wikipedia lists David Soul, tv actor and singer of that monster all-time classic "Don't Give Up On Us, Baby" as one of the notable natives and residents of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. His bio says that although he was born in Chicago as the son of a Lutheran minister who re-located often, he attended Augustana College there.
