I'm not sure what the category means. I get listing those that have appeared in all. But what do you mean by the 5x? They have appeared in the three games a total of at least five times?

I'm pretty sure it means: McDonalds All American, NCAA All American, and 5-time NBA All Star

I'm shocked that Allen Iverson isn't on this list. He's not on here since he wasn't a Mcdonalds All American which is odd since I saw his high school highlights on that movie No Crossover: The Trial of Allen Iverson. He looked amazing.

I was just about to ask the question: Which of these did Allen Iverson NOT accomplish? Then I saw the previous comment and I remembered that Iverson had to sit out his senior basketball season because of the trial. That is why he wasn't a McDonald's All-American.

Yeah Iverson's exclusion shocked me as well. The explanation above makes sense. I was also surprised Ray Allen wasn't a McDonald's All-American. FTR, both Carmelo and Chris Paul need two more all-star games to join the list. And while projecting is difficult, I'd bet a fair amount of money that Kevin Durant will make four more all-star teams and join them as well.

What got me is how many current NBA greats there are (Kobe, Lebron, Howard, Garnett) who didn't go to college. Won't see that again, unless guys starting going to Europe or the D League.

any reason why the players are all alphabetized by last name except Jason Kidd?
