Rodriguez and Palmeiro just missed making it 3 years in a row in '03. A-Rod hit 47 and Raffy hit 38.

Palmeiro almost made this list twice as well. He had back to back 40 home run seasons in 1998-1999 while Juan Gonzalez had 45 and 39 home runs.

those mid 90's Rockies teams had a ridiculous offense. Walker, Burks, & Bichette were all also monsters at the plate. I know Coors helped, but except for Bichette they all also had success before and/or after the Colorado.
