	By this you mean "died in or left office", right? Because their successors (except Truman, LBJ, Teddy, and Coolidge who were reelected) did not serve a full term either.

	Same thoughts as dxman, you should clarify that you mean they left office early. By the current wording, FDR (and others) wouldn't qualify because he DID finish a term, just not his last term, and you technically should be including the presidents who rose to the presidency through the vice presidency.

	By saying, "complete a term", it implies that the President in question STARTED that term. Therefore, I think the wording makes sense. I wasn't confused at all. All the Presidents that came to office because their predecessor died still completed the terms that were already started.
