But except for the first one, Y functions as a vowel, so there is more than one vowel. The quiz should be called Countries without A, E, I, O or U.

As stated above, Y is a vowel in these words. The only one with only one vowel is Chad.

At first I thought you meant countries that only use one vowel, e.g. Canada only uses an A. Which would have made for a much better quiz.

the term "vowel" refers to a sound, not a grapheme. chad is the only one here with one vowel, it's not debatable.

i mean, it can refer to the letter itself, but only based on the sound it represents.
