As drunk as a ... what??? Really? Never heard that one. Skunk, yes. The answer, no.

@hibernia. I looked at my source again and then at three others. Yes, there is a simile, 'as drunk as a skunk,' but there is also one,'as drunk as a lord' as well.

I've never heard that one either! Not that I'm objecting - these quizzes are also learning experiences. :) I'm not familiar with the church mouse, either. The one I've always heard was "quiet as a church mouse." I'm not sure I've ever heard a "drunk as a..." simile, but we do say "drink like a fish" in my part of the world. (I've just never heard "drunk as a fish." Not sure why that one only seems to appear in the present tense around here!)
