| I'm not trying to be a jerk, but any time you allow your opinion to come into play, the quality of a quiz suffers. You're best off just stating verifiable criteria, and sticking by them. A good way to do this for this quiz might be something like "highest career WAR as a Yankee at each position." State that a player is eligible at a position if he has played more games at that position than at any other in his career, period. Top 5 starting pitchers, top 5 relievers, second best catcher, second best 1B/3B, second best 2B/SS, 4th and 5th best outfielders, and best player not otherwise listed, regardless of position. You get the idea - be clear about your inclusion criteria, make them reasonable and verifiable, and leave your opinion out of it altogether. |
