| This is part of a series of "2nd edition" All-Time Teams quizzes as I explained in the note. While intended to be more accurate, you may find that not so. If you must know, here is how I make each quiz: Pitching staff: Best 5 starters, best 7 pitchers with at least 2 seasons with the team of relief experience Lineup: Best possible lineup where each position has someone who (according to B-R) played that position as his primary position in at least 3 seasons, or in 2 seasons but also played there often in at least 1 other season. Bench: Best possible bench such that any starter can be either directly or indirectly subbed out of the game. To be able to be a reserve at any position, a player has to have played there often in at least 3 seasons with that team, or have played that position as his primary position in 2 seasons, but not played there often in any other seasons. In the original quizzes (with WAR 1.0), I only required one season of having played a position significantly, and many people complained. Any reference to "often" or "significant" time at a position refers to a B-R.com qualification, not one of my own. If you find any contradictions between my methodology and any of the 2nd-edition quizzes, please let me know.
