The description of a taco is Tex-Mex/Cal-Mex style and nachos are definitely an American invention. Also, chocolate, the most important ingredient in mole - that gives it it's color - is omitted.

@chriskotx: I changed the taco and mole descriptions. Nachos originated at the Texas-Mexico border and are generally considered a Mexican dish.
