I believe it is standard Sporcle policy to accept 'Vatican' and 'St. Vincent.' Otherwise, great quiz. But, I have a nagging suspicion it's been done before... Oh, and how about adding a column with the nation's size?

Is this smallest in land area or smallest in population? Also, please accept the full word "saint" in addition to just "st." for that country.
