Can you specify it is an American list. Netherlands would include Gouda, France any of the 200+ cheeses not listed, UK Double Gloucester, Red Leicester, Cheshire and about 100 others. Don't even get me started on why Monterey Jack isn't a real cheese in the rest of the world

And what the hell is "Swiss"? I named at least three very popular Swiss cheeses that were not accepted. I expect "blue cheese" covers many bases as well. (Surely Gorgonzola is one?)
