| Great input! I think that I will remove the word "occupied" from the description because I meant modern countries whose government was at one point run by the United States. Based on that, Grenada, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Afghanistan do not fit the criteria. This is because they were still controlled by some form of their own government, not by the US (even though they were occupied by the US). Italy is already on here btw. Anyway, I totally agree with tm83 and RJMurphy and added Liberia as a bonus answer. And just in case you were wondering, Kiribati is also a bonus answer. |
