| Also, I'd wager that the cheese pictured as #6 is in fact Camembert, not Brie. Brie has about the same thickness as Camembert, but is larger in diameter. If you'll forgive my nitpicking, I'll gladly concede that there are cheeses sold in the U.S. as "Brie" that are about the shape and size of the one in your picture, and "Brie" is the answer most folks are likely to guess for the cheese pictured. It's your quiz, of course, but I think you'd be more correct to change the answer to #6 to "Camembert," and accept "Brie" as an alternate answer. |
