	It was pretty easy, as there were only 2 presidents in the right time frame for the show, and I've seen his "sock it to me" clip a few times. The only one I didn't know of all of these was the Speilberg one.

	That was actually a pretty easy batch of fifteen questions. The only one I didn't know back when it first aired would have been the $500,000 question. Hopefully my lifelines would have helped me through it but I remembered the answer this time around. and then the $1,000,000 was a gimme.

Yeah, most questions are pretty easy if you know the answer :-P

	I wish i was American. On american quiz shows, the contestant uses his lifeline to tell his dad about his victory in one of the flashiest and best bit of telly ever to grace a TV quiz show. In the UK, some fraud gets his mate to cough when he says the right answers (after reading them all out on EVERY question) and ends up thrown in the slammer (a prison to those across the pond).

	How do you make these kind of quizzes work? I think I've done everything right (or at least I think so) but whenever I test the quiz, nothing shows up but a column of blank boxes that only work if I type the right answer. Not even the hint is showing up. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

	Actually I think my settings are messed up somewhere because every time I try to make a quiz, the hints aren't showing up when I test it. Does anyone know why?

	@david_27: All of them? Perhaps not. But you said "Everyone" who got 100% had to have taken it twice, and I know you're wrong on that. I passed it on the first try myself. Because as noted by several people above, these are not particularly challenging questions. The average Sporcler should be able to get most of these.

	I remember thinking it was staged at the time. These questions seem much easier than any of the other million dollar winners since. The $250k question could be answered by most 5th graders.

	Wow, this seems like a pretty easy batch of questions to get a million. The only ones I didn't know were the US city, US holiday and the US president questions, but I'd think most Americans (which I'm not) would.

	@david_27: Have you been locked in a closet or something? How else could you be so culturally deprived that you think NO ONE would know all these answers? I regularly flunk the sports and music quizzes but I'd be a damn millionaire if I'd been on that particular show. I knew the answers before I even read the choices on every one except Pei - and I knew that one as soon as I saw his name. This is probably the first time I've ever bragged about my score on Sporcle but you really pissed me off.

	Made it through it without a problem. The only one I wasn't entirely sure of was the Spielberg question, but I was confident enough I would've gone forward with it had I been on the show. I would not have known the answer to that one or the 500,000 question at the time, but I was also 14 then.

	Yes, maybe a few of these questions weren't as hard as they might have been on other runs of the show, but it still takes a smart person to be able to get them all with no lifelines, especially under the pressure of the hot seat.
