You might want to specify this includes Great Lakes borders, otherwise Ohio and Pennsylvania wouldn't appear in the quiz as neither has a land or river border with Ontario.

@FreakyFlyBry, why does it matter, and why should it be specified? It is still a border. If you sail across Lake Erie from Leamington, ON to Sandusky, OH, you are going to cross an international border.

If you're including water borders, then Nova Scotia and Maine should be added.
