Actually got them all... the last one with only one in fact I got pretty quickly. That's interesting that it's the only one to fit that.

If only proper nouns were counted as words...I thought of Utah, Peru, Zeus, Cruz, Burj, and others long before I thought of common nouns fitting their respective patterns.

gta3ganghater - what's also surprising is the difference between people who got --z- and who got ---z ... I used the same word for both!! Really tricky but fun quiz.

Sext!? Really. I typed it by accident, then smirked when it was accepted. By the way - is is really necessary to answer in order?

All I could think of for _ _ _ J was the lovable, wise, yet foul-mouthed electronics salesman in "The 40 Year Old Virgin". Gerry Bednob rules, and his standup comedy is just as funny as his character.

if youre wondering some possible answers for the tougher ones: shiv (sharp weapon), hajj (islamic pilgrimmage), aqua (water), ibex (an animal like a goat), buzz (bee noise), ajar (open), czar (russian leader) all work.

@dje I used exactly the same words, except flax instead of ibex, and quiz instead of buzz. Also I used tzar instead of czar, but its the same thing.

Kind of surprising that I found the 3rd and 4th columns much easier than the first 2. Great quiz though!

Cool. The three I missed were the three most missed, so I don't feel so stupid. I still feel kind of stupid because I used tsar for _s_ _, but I missed _z_ _.

Great quiz (oops, didn't mean to use a spoiler there).((or to point it out)). (((damn me!!!))) Amazing how the mind works--half of these were incredibly easy for me--a second or two at most, then some others took some work, and yet others would have defied me if I had all day, even though they were not terribly unusual words. I bet if I took it tomorrow, I'd easily get some of the ones that stumped me today, and miss some of the ones I got. Anybody else feel that way?
