	If you're going to put the dot over the capital I in İzmir, you should do it in İstanbul too, in Turkish it has one. Also, I don't really like the Helen of Troy clue, since she's a semi-mythological figure who has nothing to do with modern Turkey...how about Longest-Reigning Sultan = Suleiman the Magnificent?

	@dan144556: I agree with you about "Helen of Troy" not really being apart of modern Turkey, but what I was trying to do was have a hint that would lead to "Troy" being an answer. Troy is apart of Turkey and that was the best hint clue I could come up with. If you can think of something better please let me know.

	For some reason, whenever I hear Turkey mentioned, my brain still registers that childhood response of "There's a country named after a bird?" Great quiz!

	@psubball1: Also, ataturk should not qualify as the name for Mustafa Kemal. It is a title that he received as thanks from the Turkish people, and when translated it actually means "father of the Turks." Maybe make Kemal the last name to be accepted instead.

	Could you accept Euphrates for the longest river? It is the clearly longest river that flows through Turkish territory, and more than 1/3 of its entire length is in Turkey - including the primary and secondary source.

	Um, guys, I'm Turkish and it's really insulting to have people joke about turkeys. There is no resemblance between Turkey and turkeys except the fact that you call it that. In Turkish it's Türkiye and the word for turkey is hindi, so we're safe there.

	@GeoKing:Ataturk is qualified as his last name. His surname is Ataturk because we gave it to him. My surname is Arıkan because my great-grandfathers chose it to be that way.
