| france is not accurate: french guiana is an dependent of france and not a state like alaska (or, in france's case, alsace). you wouldn't say france and the netherlands border, would you? and yet, in the island of saint martin in the caribbean, half the island is french and half is dutch, so according to your method they do. there's a difference between a part of the main country, like kaliningrad for russia, nakhjavan for azerbaijan, cabinda for angola, etc etc and a dependency. please take it off the list. |
