I am doing this so that my students do understand that PR is Spanish speaking and that they have a unique status. In many definitions of the word country PR fits. Not by the sporcle definition, nor the definition that I use, however it is an age-appropriate usage of the word.
Again, these quizzes are designed for my students. My students are young and not all are ready for the talk about PR status and other complex political discussions like why Western Sahara is Spanish speaking but recognized as part of Morocco. Sorry. |
