	@discostuforprez, I'm assuming the quiz is only caring about former national capitals under the Constitution and not also the Articles of Confederation, a choice I agree with.

	@socraticmethod your explanation makes sense. I'm nitpicking, but then the category name should change or add the other capitals (Baltimore, Lancaster, etc.). Just me though.

	California, New York, and Texas all have GDP's over 1 TRIllion,not billion. Vermont's economy is the smallest of any state and even it has a GDP of over $26 billion.

	I would say "postal abbreviation" rather than "postal code". To me, that implies a 5-digit numerical code.

	@prockstar83, understand you might have comments telling you you were wrong if you didn't include Alabama because Phenix City is "unofficially" Eastern, but you ARE wrong for including it, no matter what the comments are. No part of Alabama is in the central time zone. I live here. If you're going to say Alabama, you might as well say Illinois too, because there are people who live in Paris, Illinois and work in Terre Haute, Indiana and set their watches on Eastern time.

	I'll introduce a technical issue: when you say "home states of 3 US Presidents", Illinois was the home state of Lincoln, Grant, and Obama at the time they were elected. If you are referring to "birth states of 3 US presidents", that's different from saying "home state". I think your answers are geared toward "birth state", even though the question is asking for something else.

	@ParrotRob, bainbp, et.al.: I completely understand your points, but as I said before, the quiz is now published, and I am not permitted to edit it anymore. So while I understand the "audacity" of speaking the truth in Sporcle comments (because apparently it's like free press in North Korea?), the quiz is out of my hands now. Thank you for keeping the conversation going, though. :)

	@TeganX7: No. The "birth state" doesn't match up with the facts. While it is Wikipedia, the article on "Lists of Presidents by place of birth" only shows 4 states being the birth states: Virginia, Ohio, Massachusetts and New York. Tennessee is actually NOT the birth state of any President, much less 3 (Andrew Jackson was born in South Carolina--except for those who believe he was actually born at sea years before his official birth date or in North Carolina since the border between the two states/colonies hadn't been officially demarcated--but he is known to have been in what's now TN nearly a decade before it became a state; Andrew Johnson and James Polk were both born in North Carolina--Polk was 11 when his family settled in TN and Johnson was born 13 years after TN became a state). I'm also at a bit of a loss to explain "home state" since California was the "home state" (ie, state of residence) of Herbert Hoover, Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan, and Illinois is the "home state" of Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses Grant and Barack Obama (Grant commanded an Illinois regiment in the early days of the Civil War and was living in Illinois with his family when he was elected in 1868). The terms "home state" and "birth state" really aren't the same, and there really should've been a bit more definitive criteria for the "missing answer" bit. New York, for instance, lays claim to being the "home state" of 6 Presidents but the "birthplace" of only 4. Virginia, on the other hand, claims to be the birthplace of 8 Presidents but only the home state of 5. And Massachusetts claims to be both the birthplace and the home state of 4 Presidents, but of 5 different men.

	My only complaint (and not just for this puzzle) is the timed feature. It turns many puzzles into a hybrid test of trivial knowledge and typing speed. Since I never learned to type, my best speed is less than 40 wpm; making it difficult to finish many games that I would otherwise be able to complete. I understand the need to limit the time to prevent people from cheating, but it would also be nice to add just a couple of mnutes to some of these games for those of us who are limited by our inability to type quickly. :)
