	I would call it Euler's Formula, or perhaps Euler's Equation, rather than Law (since it is mathematical, not physical) but perhaps that's just me. Nice quiz.

	Alex, I understand Euler's Formula to be e^ix = cos x + i sin x. If others feel the same, I could change it to Euler's Identity.

	Nice idea, good selection. Except one... E = hf is not Planck's Blackbody Law (it is more complicated, you can easily find it). E =hf is just the relation between energy and frequency of a photon with Planck's constant. I also had a little trouble with P2 ~ a3... I think there is no standard single formula to capture Kepler's 3rd Law. I'd be as likely to say T2 ~ r3. The rest are great, and yes, Sir Isaac deserves two! Suggested others: Bernoulli (as mentioned), Dirac, Ampere, Poisson.

	Nuenumunutau: Perhaps I was a little imprecise on the wording. E=hf is planck's formula for the energy of blackbody radiation, but that's a little more verbose than I wanted. I searched for an alternative to Kepler's Law, but I wasn't satisfied with any others. I thought Dirac's Equation was even more obscure. I take Maxwell for Gauss's Law, so I didn't want to add any more of the EM field equations. I thought about Poisson's equation, but decided it's too close to Laplace. I didn't think of Bernoulli, as I rarely see it myself, but if I were to do it again, I'd probably swap that one out.

	You ask to name the mathematician/scientist, so I would think the name should show up rather than the name of the equation. Regardless, you should also accept Schroedinger, as the proper representation of the umlaut o in English is oe.

	crs: I'd never seen Schrodinger spelled any other way. I'll add that spelling in. As for the way the answers show up, I thought this made it easier to see where you stand on the results page. And the scientist's name is the first word of each answer, anyways.

	Stephan: Gauss's Law is one (well, technically two) pieces of Maxwell's Equations. The clue takes Maxwell as well as Gauss. simpleerrors: His name is spelled Pythagoras, and the quiz does take that.

	Really enjoyed this, ppirilla, thank you. I'd say crucial omissions would be Stokes's theorem and Hook's law though. Perhaps De Moivre's theorem could get a look in too?

	If you're looking for more, I might suggest the Boltzmann equation (S = k_b log W, or entropy is proportional to logarithm of number of accessible states), but that's just because I'm a freak for statisitcal mechanics / thermodynamics. Cool idea!

	@WyvernSabres I never come across maclaurin series until studying them at uni for my physics degree. quality quiz, couldnt remember one for ages but then got it in the end :)

	Surprised there are no gas law equations (Boyle, Charles, Dalton, Graham, etc.) or chemistry quations in general (although I suppose Henderson-Hasselbalch doesn't make sense given it's two guys). @WyvernSabres: Taylor and MacLaurin series are college level in the States, I can't believe I forgot that. @dlutz: That's not how you spell Pythagoras. The correct spelling is accepted.
