| Well, I'd say that, unlike the first, one, this one is at least possible... except it's not. Sure, you used a few categories that are theoretically easier (note that I say a few and theoretically), but you intentionally used words that are so common, there's no way to link them. And you know exactly what I mean here, since it was obviously your point, but you could have used Montpelier just as easily as you used Columbus (or Hogan and Helmsley instead of Flair and Slaughter, or Poirot instead of Queen, or a zillion other alternatives), and it's hard enough to include a category like Charlie Chaplin films without making them all ridiculous. I'm not necessarily saying this is a bad thing as far as making a strong quiz is concerned (and it's not a poor quiz by any stretch), but if you want people to actually PLAY it, then yes, it is a bad thing. |
