Teal is a shade of blue, wikipedia definition - It comes from a mixture of the primary color blue, and the secondary color green, mixed with some gray. If navy is considered blue, then teal should too.

No Green is different from Blue, but Teal is in fact a shade of Blue. This is the dictionary definition TEAL: Also called teal blue . a medium to dark greenish blue. The Marlins should not be on here.
