	Hey guys. This quiz was inspired by sproutcm's "Pasta or Italian Composer" http://www.sporcle.com/games/sproutcm/pasta-or-italian-composer \|\| Because I am not very technologically smart, there are bound to be problems with this one, let me know if you catch something that I didn't. Also help me out if you're Hispanic (or you know about Hispanic culture) and I didn't accurately describe something. Thanks!

	@penguinman95: I got all 20, but only because I knew the names of the states. As for the food... it isn't enough to be Hispanic, you need to be Mexican. Being a native speaker of Spanish, I only knew "albóndigas" (meat balls) and "polvorón" (somewhere I saw the the word, but no idea about what it is). So "Hispanic" is quite a broad term. If you ask for "tepache", "totopo" or "jicama" in Argentina, nobody will understand you (they won't even know that you're talking about food).

	The main problem is that, having recognized two or three of them as food, I still got 11/20, which means I would have done better by entering the ones I knew and flipping a coin for the rest. Why am I so bad at these?

	@dancastro, I kinda didn't want to say Mexican, since some of these foods are not limited to Mexico, but other Central and South American countries, as well as one or two that are common in Texas/New Mexico. And because the use of "Mexican" where "Hispanic" is better suited is sometimes percieved as racist. Didn't want people to think I'm racist.

	If anyone makes a quiz like this, be sure to tag it with "This or That"--which Sporcle has recently added as a tag. (I went ahead and put it in for this one if that's cool.) At the rate these quizzes are coming out, I'm hoping they can get their own subcategory.
