You might accept white-flippered for little blue too, since it's currently considered a subspecies of E. minor. Also, just as another thought, the rockhopper is increasingly being regarded as actually consisting of (at least) two species, the northern and southern. -- @Penguin4512: The prevailing opinion is that the royal is a separate species from the macaroni, but the differences are rather superficial, and a case could be made that the royal is still a subspecies of the macaroni. |
