You should really distinguish between which are overseas departments (not really territories) and which are overseas collectivities. Also you missed Clipperton Island and French Southern and Antarctic Lands.

Agree with A_is_for_Addict and also you should accept St. Pierre et Miquelon, and Wallis et Futuna, as well as with the English conjunction.
