	I dont understand why that many Americans would live in Tijuana, Matamoros or Juarez when the U.S. is within walking distance.

	@chriskotx probably because it's much cheaper so some people choose to retire there. I also think a lot of these could be people with origins in one of these countries but who have American nationality, and choose to return to their country of origin e.g. Filipino-Americans in Manila

	@BiloxiSean I've specified that in the game notes, unfortunately there's no more recent source as the U.S. Census Bureau decided it's too expensive to count overseas Americans: http://gao.gov/new.items/d04898.pdf The fact the data is from 1999 might also explain why Singapore, Shanghai and Berlin aren't on there. I think they would be now.
