HVG: Stella is a Howling Voice Guild assassin from the SuikoGaiden games, just like Zaj. It is implied that Mike (Suiko3) is with the guild as well but the game falls short of confirming it.
And it should maybe be noted that the Eightfold Rune has never been mentioned in any of the games, so it may or may not be official in the end.
