this list seems fairly what random...iv never been to rwanda but wasnt it a belgian colony? and one of the three "official" languages of madagascar is english, although nobody speaks it there and yet that does not make it on the list.... nice idea though

While it is true that many israelis speak english, it is not the official language, nor is it predominantly spoken. Hebrew is not only the official language, but also predominantly spoken.

@uefa81glory: India was a British colony for a couple of centuries. They might have picked up a few words here and there :) Same with most of the countries on this list that are outside Europe or North America. If you know a little history, this quiz is much easier.
