I would say you should accept the names of the conflicts without the word 'war' -- I assumed that it wouldn't be part of the answers based on the title.

Please accept Afghanistan or Operation Enduring Freedom for War on Terror and Quasi-War for naval war against France. Also, why is the Korean War a bonus answer?

@giants: the korean war is a bonus answer because if you look at the source, it says that Truman cited authority for it from UN regulations, as opposed to being congressionally authorized.

@orangehawk42 cause the quiz is to hard. Also without any of these other options for name of these its way to hard.
