Hong Kong is part of China, if they competed as a unique entity, then it should still be accepted under China, guessing China should result n two correct answers.

and maybe include in the extra info columns the number and/or what kind of medal(s) were won. It would be a bit more interesting as well as informative. But not bad by any means!!!

Hong Kong usually competes separately in sport events, I think it has to be guessed separately. However, the information column about the kinds of medals is a good idea.
