There should be a threshold for a country to appear on this list. Rwanda, Vanuatu, Yemen, and Zaire appear on this list with very low scores (which in this context indicates greater corruption) primarily because there are relatively few countries that start with their starting letter. Qatar is going to appear on every list by letter since it's the only country that starts with a Q ;-) Although in this case at least it has a pretty good index score. |
