I am not sure it should since I haven't played many of these matching quizzes, but right now there is no punishment for wrong guesses, you can just keep guessing until you get it right. There is a "Wrong" column at the top with Answers Remaining and Correct so I would think wrong guesses should count towards that. Good idea for a quiz though.

Yeah, it turns out I forgot about the 'Track incorrect answers' button. It's now fixed. Thanks for commenting.

It's tricky to do this with metro areas, since there isn't one truth. Except that Tokyo is the largest in every source, there are no certainties. I'd think it's a better idea to let the rankings be more apart. For example the 1st, 6th, 11th, etc. metros matching the equivalently ranked countries.
