seventhsamurai is absolutely correct. Only Tatis hit two slams in the same inning (and he had never before hit any in his career). Cloninger was the only pitcher. Mueller is the only player to hit slams from both sides of the plate in the same game. http://www.baseball-almanac.com/feats/feats11.shtml

Does anyone else find it interesting that this has been done only 13 times, yet 3 times by an Oriole and 4 times by a Red Sox player?

You're missing Juan Uribe's 2 homers in the same inning. September 23, 2010 against the Cubs. Unless this is supposed to be 2 grand slams in one game, in which case you need to change your question.

He asked for two grand slams in an inning (done only once) but listed the 13 players with two grand slams in a game. A player has hit two home runs in an inning 54 times. http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/history/rare_feats/index.jsp?feature=two_homers_inning
