  • Imagine leaving Antarctica and traveling due north - for each range of EAST LONGITUDE, name the first country you would encounter (be it the country's mainland or a dependent territory). SEE NOTES.
  • NOTES - Longitude given is the EASTERN EDGE of the longitude range. So for example, the first answer is the country from 0.0 - 1.2 degrees East. For territories, name the country. ANY TERRITORIES SOUTH OF 60 DEGREES are NOT included, as they are subject to the Antarctic Treaty. Even very small gaps down to 0.01 longtitude in island groups are made note of...reefs, atolls, large named rocks, etc ALL INCLUDED.
