The following quiz contains all 3,276 IMDB movies with at least 10,000 votes as-of April 10, 2011. Each answer contains 17 movies in alphabetical order. Only first 2-3 words needed for each title.
Movies alphabetized according to their actual IMDB titles, feature films and docs ONLY. EXCEPTION - ANY MOVIE WITH 'THE' as the first word had 'The' removed - this was done to even out the letter distribution (a LOT of movies begin with 'The')

	What are you talking about rockgolf? This is all movies. I got credit for Modern Times and City Lights. I also got credit for Serpico and Annie Hall, which are surely also from the 70s.

	8 1/2 is in as 8.5 (couldn't use a "/" in the data field)..similar issue with "Face/Off" and "Crazy/Beautiful"...Dog Day Afternoon worked for me.

	well - wouldn't ya know it right on the data entry page they use an example for Face/Off - ha. ok guess i will change those three...

	I like how my mind thought on this one. As soon as I thought about one actor I would immediately go to another actor's movies that the first actor was in lol. I like this quiz a lot. Although I have seen way too many movies to remember them all, and I feel stupid for missing some of the obvious like Star Wars...

	There's even more fun to be had after taking the quiz by looking at the top results and trying to figure out what vaulted those to the top.

	The articles "a" and "an" are the same as "the" in collation. If you ignore "the" when sorting alphabetically, you must ignore "a" and "an" as well. Otherwise this is one of those quizzes you want to take over and over again until you get them all, as are many of the recent "name all X,000 things grouped together" quizzes.

	the number of "A" and "An" movies is pretty small compared to the "The" ones so I left those. There are just so many "The" movies I thought it would even out the quiz amongst the letters better by omitting those The's.

	Hmm... Why does the quiz pick the answers after typing in just a couple of words? It's very confusing.

	@Josh: abbreviated the movies for two reasons: 1 - made it easier/faster to enter titles and 2 - there's a limit on the data size field for the answers and full movie titles would never have worked.

	I agree with Antithesys about the "a" and "an" movies. It's not consistent with all the other sporcle quizzes. If you changed that, I would give the quiz five circles and nominate it.
