| Yes, wrestlers used these moves as finishers or signature moves at some point of their careers, but I think it would be better if you used finishers that have become symbols for certain wrestlers (From Taker's Tombstone to Viscera's Viscagra, for instance Fame Asser is Gunn's only finisher, and if anybody uses the Fame Asser today you think of the Assman). Troy94 mentioned most of them, but there are two things you can definitely argue. The first one is Mr. Kennedy's finisher, I definitely remember him with the Green Bay Plunge, a fascinating finisher. The first time I saw him do it, I was basically stunned, basically he does a front flip with the opponent in a fireman's carry. Did I mention that he was on the top rope? And the second one is Jeff Hardy. I honestly think he shouldn't have been included in this quiz at all. He of course has risen to fame with the Hardy Boyz tag team, however in singles action he mainly used the Swanton Bomb as his primary finisher. Twist of Fate was actually Matt Hardy's finisher, however since they had deep connections both in and out the ring, they used each other's finishers. If Twist of Fate is Jeff's finisher, you can argue that Whisper In The Wind also was as well (even though it is a signature move). But still, good quiz. I really liked the fact that people still remember Paul Burchill and his awkward but cool finisher. |
